• Some of my sticky notes were accidentally deleted? Can I restore them?
All deleted sticky notes are placed to the Recycle Bin (if it is on) that enables you to restore them. The Recycle Bin is accessible from the program tray menu: right-click on the program tray icon and choose the Recycle Bin item from the tray menu. The "Recycle Bin" window with the list of deleted sticky notes appears. If you want to restore a sticky note, just choose it from the list of deleted sticky notes and click the Restore button or right-click on the note and select restore in the context menu. If you delete sticky notes from the Recycle Bin using the Delete or Empty Recycle Bin button, you will not be able to restore them any more. Please be careful using these buttons. For normal/high security levels to delete a sticky note (empty Recycle Bin) entering the password(s) is required. The Recycle Bin is not emptied when you exit the program that allows you to restore sticky notes that were deleted some days ago. The capacity of the Recycle Bin is limited in Administrative tools. By default, the Recycle Bin option is on; the set capacity is 10 notes.

How create digital notes and post digital notes on the desktop
Using NotesPP (digital notes keeper & notes manager & notes organizer) you can create digital notes in a quick and easy way. You can create a note by left double-click on the progarm tray icon or select Notes|New note in the program tray menu or press Ctrl+N. The number of desktop notes you can create is limited in Administrative tools.
If you use low security level, you can create new computer notes without password.
If you need more security and you choose normal or high security level, you need a password to create a new computer note for the certain account.
Default Settings
Each new desktop sticky note has a predefined size, appearance and title. Default settings for title and body can be modified independently of one another.
To access default settings, select Properties|Default settings in the Notes PP tray menu.
NotesPP includes many pre-defined notes' properties:
Title templates: using title templates you can choose date and time format and set up default title text.
Default title properties: font color, background color, font.
Default body properties: font color, background color, font, use default image as background.
Default note properties: size, priority, transparency, show attach panel, auto lock, use random colors for new note.
You can also define you own hotkeys combination.
Notes customization
The appearance of electronic notes is highly customizable. You can:
change size using zoom commands or manually;
vary the degree of note's transparency from 0% to 100%;
change title appearance (background color, font, font size, font color);
customize note's body (background color, font, font size, font color);
To customize an electronic note, right-click on the note and select the necessary item from the context menu.
Notes Editing
To edit a digital note you need to select it first. Editing is available only for unlocked notes. Changes are saved automatically.
There are two things to edit. The first of them is the note's title and the second one is the note's body. To edit the title, select Title|Edit in the context menu to begin title editing. This will turn it into the edit mode where you can change title. To finish title editing, click on the finish title edit icon or press Enter or select Title|Finish title edit in the context menu. Editing is also stopped if you change note's parameters or click on the "Hide" or "Lock" icon.
For body editing select Body|Edit in the context menu or click on the note's body. The body will be ready for editing. If you want to finish body editing, click in any point of the screen. Undo/redo, copy/paste/cut/delete commands may be performed while editing.

Sending notes via e-mail
Using NotesPP you can send notes via e-mail. The e-mail will be created using your default e-mail client. Recipient will receive your note in the form of letter with note's body inserted into the e-mail body and title as a subject. You can edit e-mail before sending.
Using NotesPP "Network Settings" you can set up if you want to receive all incoming notes, be asked about receiving a note every time somebody sends you a note, deny all incoming notes.

Safely store secure notes

Varied access for different users(accounts) allows you to protect electronic notes from unauthorized access. If you are using normal or high program security level, access to sticky notes and Administrative tools is protected with password.

Organize computer notes
• Using NotesPP you can organize notes and reminders in Groups according to their nature: to-do lists, addresses, accounts, etc. This feature prevents cluttering of notes on the desktop and lets you quickly and easily access any group of notes.
• Note's priority
Using Notes PP (notes organizer software) you can create and post notes with different note's priorities (high, normal, low) to make your work with notes more convenient. Low priority notes are hidden under other windows. Normal priority notes are organized to keep standard Windows order. Sticky notes with high priority are always on the top.
• Show/Hide a sticky note
To hide a sticky note, click on the hide icon or select Notes|Show/Hide in the MoRUN.net Sticker tray menu and select the note you want to be hidden. To show a sticky note, select Notes|Show/Hide in the tray menu and select the note you want to be shown.
If you want to activate a sticky note for editing, select Notes|Goto and select the note you want to work with.
• Show all notes/Hide all notes
If you want to hide all desktop sticky notes that are currently displayed, open the MoRUN.net Sticker tray menu and select Notes|Show/Hide|Hide all or press Ctrl+H. To show all sticky notes, select Notes|Show/Hide|Show all in the tray menu or press Ctrl+S.
• Show/Hide note's body
(For unlocked notes.) Notes can be minimized to save desk space by displaying only notes' titles.
To hide note's body, click twice on the title or select Title only in the context menu. If note's body is hidden, Title only in the context menu is marked with the check mark. To show note's body, click twice on the title or select Title only in the context menu.
Notes expiration
Electronic notes can be set up to expire at the certain time. Expiration feature deletes notes from the desktop and places them to the Recycle Bin (if it is on).
Address Book
Address Book is designed to help you store and organize information about your contacts. It can store all the personal details you could want from names, addresses, phone numbers to birthdays and nicknames. Contact information in your Address Book can be organized into different groups.
