How to send notes
Using Notes PP you can easily send notes and reminders to your friends or colleagues over a LAN/WLAN or the Internet. Notes will appear on recipient's desktop just as they were on yours.

Three easy steps to send notes over a local network (LAN/WLAN)


1. Right-click on the note and select 'Send note'.

2. Select the 'Send Note over LAN/WLAN or Internet' option.

Select if you want to send a note using recipient's computer IP address or Computer Name

Send notes using recipient's computer IP address

Enter recipient's computer IP address. You can:
- Select recipient's information from the Address Book using the 'Select from Address Book' button
- use the Select Computer in LAN/WLAN option to easily select recipient's information from a full list of computers in your LAN or WLAN
- enter recipient's information manually

Enter recipient's computer name. You can:
- Select recipient's information from the Address Book using the 'Select from Address Book' button
