• What do I do to make a reminder?
To set sticky note alarm:
• Select Settings|Alarm set in the context menu. The "Alarm settings" window appears.
• Select Alarm on and set alarm time.
• Choose alarm action(s) (popup note, flash note, play beep, play *.wav file, run program/open file or url, Shut Down Windows). Recurring alarm is activated by setting number of repeat times and time interval.
• Click OK.

Send Notes
Using Notes PP you can easily send notes and reminders to your friends or colleagues over a LAN/WLAN or the Internet. Notes will appear on recipient's desktop just as they were on yours.

 Note:
 If you have Notes PP 9.0 and higher, to receive your notes, recipients must have any of the following programs installed and running on their computers:
- Secure Reminder 9.0 and higher
- NotesPP 9.0 and higher
- MoRUN Sticker 9.0 and higher
- Sticker Lite 6.0 and higher
- Free Sticky Notes 6.0 and higher
Receiving notes is not available on Windows 95/98/ME.

Using Notes PP you can also send notes in emails.
How to:
› Send notes over a LAN/WLAN
› Send notes over the Internet
› Send notes in emails
› Select recipient information from the Address Book
› Add recipient information to the Address Book
› Easily select a computer in a LAN/WLAN

 Tips:
If recipients:
- don't have Notes PP or another MoRUN.net program
- they have a program version earlier than Secure Reminder 9.0, NotesPP 9.0, MoRUN Sticker 9.0, Sticker Lite 6.0 or Free Sticky Notes 6.0
- the program on recipient's computer is not started
you can select the 'Use Net Send if can't send notes' option in the Administrative Tools to send a note as a Net Send message.

You can send notes with different alarm actions except 'Play sound', 'Run program/Open file or url' and 'Shut down Windows'.
Some features such as 'Associate note with file/program/window', 'attach file to note', 'background image' can be sent only as parameters (as you can send only notes without any attachements).
If your product or product version doesn't support the features available in the receiving note, these features will be ignored.
