Notes PP options|
Start with Windows
If you want to run Notes PP when Windows starts, select the 'Start with Windows' option. By default, this option is on.
Depending on your needs you can select one of three security levels.
To change a program security level:
Double-click on the Notes PP desktop icon and select 'Properties -> Administrative tools'.

Use Recycle Bin
If the 'Use Recycle Bin' option is on, deleted notes are placed to the program Recycle Bin. By default, this option is on.
You can change the storage capacity of the Recycle Bin. If the number of notes you deleted exceeds the program Recycle Bin capacity, the oldest note will be removed. By default the storage capacity of the Recycle Bin - 10 notes.
Backup Databases on exit
The 'Backup Databases on exit' option helps you create backup copies of your notes and Address Book databases every time you exit the program. In the event that the original data was accidentally deleted or overwritten, you can use your backup files to restore the data.
Using the Auto Backup Capacity you can select how many backup copies of your notes and Address Book may be stored at the same time. If the number of backups exceeds the Auto Backup capacity, the oldest *.dat file will be removed.

Auto Save Data
The 'Auto Save Data' option is effective in case of unplanned disruptions, such as power outage or crash. The program automatically saves your data when you switch to another note, change note settings, program settings or when you exit the program. Using the 'Auto Save Data' option, you may set how often you want the program saves your data.
