Notes Groups
Notes PP lets you organize information in groups that prevents cluttering on the desktop and allows you to access any group of notes quickly and easily.
Manage Notes Groups
Create a Group
Modify a Group
Delete a Group
Show all notes in a Group
Hide all notes in a Group
Move a note to another Group
Set the Default Notes Group
Create a Group
Double-click on the Notes PP desktop icon and select 'Notes Groups'.

In the 'Manage Notes Groups' window, click the Add Group button.

Type the name of the Group.

Click OK.
Modify a Group
Double-click on the Notes PP desktop icon and select 'Notes Groups'.
In the 'Manage Notes Groups' window, select the Group in which you want to modify information and click the Modify Group button.

Update the information that you need.

Click OK.

Note: The 'Main' group is a built-in group. Modification for the 'Main' Group is limited - you can only check/uncheck the 'Set as default' option.

Delete a Group
Double-click on the Notes PP desktop icon and select 'Notes Groups'.
In the 'Manage Notes Groups' window, click the Group that you want to delete.
Click the 'Delete' button and then click 'Yes'.

Note:
'Main' Group is a built-in group. It can't be deleted.

Set the Default Group
Double-click on the Notes PP desktop icon and select 'Notes Groups'.

In the 'Manage Notes Groups' window, click the Group that you want to set as Default.
Click the 'Modify Group' button.

Select the 'Set as Default' option.
Click OK.
Move a note to another Group
Right-click on the note and select Settings -> Change note group.
Select the Group you need.

Click OK.
