• What do I do to make a reminder?
To set sticky note alarm:
• Select Settings|Alarm set in the context menu. The "Alarm settings" window appears.
• Select Alarm on and set alarm time.
• Choose alarm action(s) (popup note, flash note, play beep, play *.wav file, run program/open file or url, Shut Down Windows). Recurring alarm is activated by setting number of repeat times and time interval.
• Click OK.

Notes++ is a perfect tool for communicating with your friends and colleagues. Using Notes++ you can create sticky notes and send them to your friends and colleagues over LAN or the Internet. The note will appear on the recipient desktop just as it was on yours. Furthermore, the program can be used as a reminder service - you can set up alarm (including recurring alarm) for each note you send to your friends or co-workers to remind them about daily tasks or special dates and events using different alarm actions.
Sending notes via e-mail
Using NotesPP you can send notes via e-mail. The e-mail will be created using your default e-mail client. Recipient will receive your note in the form of letter with note's body inserted into the e-mail body and title as a subject. You can edit e-mail before sending.
Using NotesPP "Network Settings" you can set up if you want to receive all incoming notes, be asked about receiving a note every time somebody sends you a note, deny all incoming notes.

Searching
Quickly find desktop sticky notes with necessary information. To find the certain notes just enter search string, specify where you want to search and click the Search button.

Safely store notes information
Notes++ maintains three security levels (high, normal, low). You can select one of three program security levels depending on if you want anyone else is able to work with Notes ++ on your computer (create, edit, delete notes etc.) or not.
Varied access for different users(accounts) allows you to protect sticky notes from unauthorized access. If you are using normal or high program security level, access to sticky notes and Administrative tools is protected with password.
All information is stored in the data file that is encrypted using 256-bit key AES encryption.
